I love to call it “bento”. It sounds trendy and special but, in reality, it’s not truly ‘food art’. At this stage of the game, the goal is for more of the lunch to be eaten than what is brought home. I still use some prepackaged yogurt treats, bakery cookies and other convenient items but I try to balance everything out with fruits, veggies and natural items when possible. I hope to get more artsy by the holidays.
The blog has gotten off to a slow start but I think I’m ready to ramp up to full speed. I’ll gladly take any suggestions and feel free to share your ideas!
